https://newjournalzone.in/index.php/ijmfsmr/article/view/254
<p>The arrival of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized colorful sectors, and Human Resource Management (HRM) is no exception. In India, where companies are fleetly embracing digital metamorphosis, AI is playing a pivotal part in reshaping HR practices. This paper explores how AI- driven tools are transubstantiating traditional HR functions similar as reclamation, hand engagement, and performance operation. AI is helping associations streamline gift accession through automated capsule webbing, prophetic analytics, and converse bots, making reclamation briskly and more effective also, AI is enhancing hand engagement by furnishing substantiated literacy gests and performance feedback through data- driven perceptivity. In performance operation, AI- powered platforms enable nonstop performance shadowing and skill development still, the relinquishment of AI in HRM also presents challenges, similar as ethical enterprises, data sequestration, and the eventuality for job relegation. This exploration paper examines the current trends, benefits, and obstacles faced by Indian associations in integrating AI into HRM practices. By fastening on the Indian environment, the paper aims to give perceptivity into how companies are using AI to produce more effective, data- driven, and hand- centric HR processes.</p>PRABHAKAR KUMAR

https://newjournalzone.in/index.php/ijmfsmr/article/view/255
<p>Capital budgeting techniques are used to determine an equivalent value for each flows of an investment project to decide whether it is profitable or not. In this paper, present worth analysis is done using single valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets to increase the uncertainty taken into account in the economic analysis. Also fuzzy capital budgeting techniques that are fuzzy net present worth, fuzzy net future worth and fuzzy net annual worth are extended using Pythagorean fuzzy sets. An illustration for the calculation is also presented.</p>P. Mathiyalagan & R. Nagarajan

https://newjournalzone.in/index.php/ijmfsmr/article/view/256
<p>In this paper, we propose a multi-objective non-linear reliability global optimization and system cost as two objective functions. As a generalized version of fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set, pythagorean fuzzy set, fermatean fuzzy set is a very useful tool to express uncertainty, impreciseness in more general way. we have considered fermatean optimization technique with linear and non-linear membership function to solve this multi-objective reliability optimization model. To demonstrate the methodology and applicability of the proposed approach, numerical examples are presented and evaluated by comparing the result obtained by fermatean approach with the intuitionistic fuzzy optimization technique at the end of the paper.</p>P. https://newjournalzone.in/index.php/ijmfsmr/article/view/257
<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>In this paper it proposed to study the unsteady convection flow of an incompressible electrically conducting viscous-fluid past a hot vertical plate with variable suction in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. The suction velocity is assumed to vary exponentially with time. The flow phenomena are characterized by the non-dimensional parameters like Prandtl number, Grashoff number, Magnetic number and exponential parameter.</p> <p> Approximate solutions for velocity, temperature distributions and skin-friction have been obtained. The velocity and temperature distributions have been represented graphically. There follows a comprehensive discussion of the effects of magnetic and suction parameters on the velocity and temperature fields in this paper. A comparison of the present work with the previous works in the subject have been discussed.</p>Dr. Surendra Kumar Prabhakar

https://newjournalzone.in/index.php/ijmfsmr/article/view/258
<p> In this work, SmxBi2-xFe4O9(x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, and 0.10) compound synthesized using microwave assisted sol-gel method. The samples were characterized using X-ray diffractionSpectrometer, Fourier-Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy and Ultra Violet- Visible spectroscopy. The structural confirmed the crystals structure and purity of the sample using X-ray diffractionSpectrometer. The analysis confirmed the formation of orthorhombic structure with (211) is the most favorable orientation. Surface analysis confirmed the presence of nitrate group and –OH group along with all expected Bismuth and Ferrous oxides. The analysis confirmed the presence of Bi-O, Bi-O-Bi, Fe-O, and FeO4tetrahedra. The Ultra Violet- Visible spectral analysis showed that the band-gap values can be estimated. Also, the estimated refractive index in ultra-violet region was 2.04.</p>Sanjay Ramteke and Amol Nande
