Prospects and Challenges in Developing Homestays in Ayodhya

Abstract

Homestays are a form of tourism experience itself, which allows tourists to experience the real culture and traditions of the host community very closely and get the opportunity to get involved with some. Homestays provide a diverse range of activities to give tourists a unique opportunity to experience the unique culture and traditions of the local people. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the prospects and problems in developing homestays in Ayodhya. Ayodhya is progressing toward massive inclusive tourism development, which includes accommodation, and the government's focus is also on Ayodhya's tourism expansion, which will create many opportunities for local communities to develop homestays as one of the economic sources and which will be the best alternative for budget travelers. This will bring light to the prospects and problems of developing homestays.
